Dr. Toyne received his Associates of Arts degree at San Bernardino Valley College, and earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He completed his internship in California before establishing Northern Chiropractic in Hardin and Colstrip in 1993.
Dr. Toyne served as president of the Montana Chiropractic Association from 2005-2008 and continues to serve on the board of directors.
He is the Montana delegate to the American Chiropractic Association and served as the Montana delegate of the Congress of Chiropractic State Association from 2004-2008.
In 2010 Dr. Toyne was awarded Chiropractor of the Year for his outstanding commitment in service both in his community and to the Chiropractic community. This prestigious award honors Dr. Toyne for his outstanding leadership services to his profession and his public service.
Dr. Toyne actively participates in community activities and has served as President of both the Colstrip Area Association of Businesses and Colstrip Optimist Association and has also served as a member of Rosebud County Search and Rescue and Colstrip Volunteer Fire Department.
